Franciscan introduced the decal Desert Rose Franciscan Glassware in November 1981. The original pieces were the Juice, Double Old Fashioned, Beverage/Ice Tea, and All Purpose Goblet in Desert Rose only. In 1982 the line was expanded to include what is noted in this 1983 brochure in both the Desert Rose and Apple patterns.
