Franciscan 18/8 Stainless

Introduced in 1975, Franciscan 18/8 stainless was produced by Amefa Holland. Franciscan stainless was high quality – 18 percent chrome and 8 percent nickel. All patterns were created and designed by the staff & designers of the Franciscan Design Department in Los Angeles. Franciscan Stainless was discontinued in 1976.

Rupert Deese designed Avalon and Pebble Beach. Francis Chun designed Balalaika. Mary Jane Winans designed Tallahassee. All others were staff designed and were not individually attributed to one designer.
